About Nutrition Technologies
Nutrition Technologies is an innovative company producing insects as a sustainable protein source for the animal feed industry. We use biotechnology methods in the rearing and breeding of the Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens). Our primary product is an insect protein meal which can replace fishmeal in aquaculture feed and in doing so decrease the overfishing pressure and climate effects of those traditional feed sources. Nutrition Technologies has a commercial scale production facility in Johor Bahru Malaysia and is headquartered in Singapore where we are growing our R&D capabilities. The company is anticipating strong growth and rapid expansion over the next 12 months, and there is significant opportunity for development within the business.
Team & Role

You will be a member of the Commercial Team, and will report to the Product & Marketing Manager.

You will work closely with the Product Technical Specialist, Marketing Manager, Product Director, and Sales Managers

You will have the opportunity to spend time in the Malaysian production facility, and potentially some travel around Malaysia and/or Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the biofertiliser campaigns.

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform digital strategies.
Content Creation and Management:

Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant postings aligned with campaign objectives.
Social Media Management:

Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive interactions with the audience.
Community Engagement:

Engage with online communities and influencers to expand our reach and build meaningful connections.

Foster partnerships with relevant stakeholders to enhance campaign visibility.
Data Analytics:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Generate reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Graphic Design Support:

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital platforms.
Market Research:

Conduct market research on agricultural trends, customer preferences, and digital marketing best practices.

Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
REQUIREMENT AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Passion for sustainability and agriculture.

Strong communication and creative skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.

Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
